UABR Carlin Pinscher Puppy Available on Co-Ownership Contract in Spokane, Washington For Sale

Albert is a gorgeous merle and tan Carlin Pinscher puppy available on a no-cost co-ownership. He has very, very nice conformation and a stable temperament. I had hoped to keep him for my own program, but my husband isn't too keen on that idea.
Albert is a sweetheart of a puppy. He's laid back and gentle, and loves to be with people. Although he likes my teenage daughter and younger nephews, he's best suited for a home without very young or loud children.
I'm not looking for the most fancy home, just the best one. Because he is being offered for free, I am going to be extremely picky about where he goes. Looking for a home that meets the following criteria:
? Local. Prefer within an hour of Athol, ID, as I will be bringing him to you when I do a homecheck.
? Stable. Homeowner or long-term lease only.
? Willing to provide vet's contact information and a letter from your landlord if renting.
? Financially able to care for a dog.
? Willing to take him to obedience classes.
? Understands the challenge of keeping an intact male dog as an inside pet.
? Will not breed him before specific health testing has been completed.
? Understand I will want to breed one of my female dogs back to him at some point.
? Willing to sign a legally binding co-ownership contract.
Albert is currently eleven weeks old. He will mature to about 28 pounds. Pictures are from when he was a tiny newborn to current, as well as his mom and dad.

We have been raising Carlins for almost ten years and are proud of our accomplishments with the breed. We have very recently committed to a comprehensive health-testing program, and are excited to share the results with potential homes.
We breed only two litters (or less) per year, and our Carlins are first and foremost our pets. They sleep in our beds, lounge by the fire during winter, and take up a lot of space on the couch!
